By using Humanize Resume at resumeoptimizer.io, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to both free and paid usage, including resume analysis, rewrite previews, full rewrites, and downloadable output.

Humanize Resume provides AI-assisted resume feedback and rewrite suggestions based on the content you submit. Output may be imperfect and should always be reviewed by you before use.

You are responsible for making sure your final resume is accurate, truthful, and appropriate for your applications.

We do not guarantee interviews, recruiter responses, ATS pass rates, job offers, or hiring outcomes.

Humanize Resume is a resume optimization tool, not a hiring guarantee or placement service.

You are responsible for the content you submit, including resumes and job descriptions. Submit only information you have the right to use.

Do not rely on generated output without review. You are responsible for all final resume content you choose to send to employers.

Do not use the service for abuse, fraud, unauthorized data processing, scraping, reverse engineering attempts, or attempts to interfere with site operations.

We may suspend or block access if usage creates security risk, technical abuse, or payment abuse.

Paid features are processed through Creem. Access is granted after successful payment confirmation.

Refund requests may be considered when paid delivery fails, access is unavailable due to technical issues, or duplicate payment occurs. Contact support@resumeoptimizer.io for payment support.

Humanize Resume, its product logic, site content, branding, and software implementation are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

You retain rights to your own resume content. You may use generated output for your personal or professional job application use.

We operate Humanize Resume as an independently run SaaS product and aim for reliable access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Features may change, pause, or be updated over time as the service evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Humanize Resume is provided as-is without warranties of specific outcomes.

We are not liable for hiring decisions, lost opportunities, or indirect damages arising from use of generated content or service interruptions.
